Surfside Condos is a historic building located in Isla Verde in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Comprised of 122 units ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms, our vibrant community is anchored by our outstanding ocean view to the north and the view of Carolina Lagoon to our south.

Built in 1972, Surfside is a landmark local building featuring the mosaic "Neptune and the Mermaid" by Puerto Rican artist Augusto Marín that adorns part of the façade.

We love outdoor living. From the pool to the BBQ area, we prioritize spaces we can enjoy our outdoors spaces together.
We have modern strength training and cardio equipment alongside free weights.
Located conveniently on Highway Expresso 26, Surfside is easily acessible to the surrounding area.

With a playground and swimming pool with wading area, Surfside welcomes children. Join us for Halloween Trick or Treating or an Easter Egg Roll - our smallest community members bring us outsized joy.
Senior Citizens
Surfside is an all ages community with residents dating back to when the building was first constructed in the 1970s. We believe in the power of aging in place and strive to ensure all members of our communicate can thrive.
